Ethics approval and consent to participate
: No ethics approval was required according to swissethics (Swiss Ethics Committees on research involving humans, Bern), participation was voluntary. Before being presented with the questionnaire, physicians were presented with a short standard online-information on the study, use of results, participation being voluntary and their rights, e.g., to withdraw, and they were informed to give consent by clicking to access the online questionnaire. Participation of interpreter agencies and cantons was voluntary. They were informed about the intended use of the information provided before participation and had the right to withdraw at any time or request specific information not to be made public.
