Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Confidentiality and anonymity were maintained through the settings of the questionnaire survey; participation was voluntary and not honored. Ethical Committee of the Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Charles University deemed this study as quality improvement and service evaluation, not requiring formal ethical approval in conformity with national regulations (Act on Pharmaceuticals 378, December 31, 2007) as well as performed according to the principles stipulated by the Declaration of Helsinki. Collecting data as representative sociological survey was conducted according to ICC/ESOMAR International Codex on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics. Participants were fully aware of the purpose and nature of the study, potential benefits and risks as well as anonymity, i.e. they will not be identifiable.
