Ethics approval and consent to participate
: An ethical clearance for this study with reference number 2016–03/AEC/Vol IX/197 dated 15 March 2016 was granted by the MUHAS Ethical Review Committee in Tanzania. Participation by respondents will be on voluntary basis. Following a detailed explanation of the research project, participants will be asked to give a written informed consent prior to the interview. Confidentiality will be highly observed during the conduct of this study.
