Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The current survey was conducted in 22 hospitals, the vast majority of which have not established ethics committees. Thus, the project was only approved by the ethics committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University. For hospitals without the ethics committees, verbal consents were obtained from leader before the project carried out. The research content and design of the project are in line with the ethical norms. Some questions in our questionnaire are related to the knowledge level of medical staff. In order to avoid involving any personal information and make our participants feel free to answer, we used anonymous questionnaire and verbal consent. The anonymous questionnaire was distributed to a participant only after obtaining verbal informed consent from the participant to participate in the study. Obtaining only verbal consent was approved by the ethics committee.
