Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The project was approved by the University Bioethics Committee of the University of Turin (Italy) with protocol n.19468 dated 27 November 2018. The “Aggression Reporting Form” is available to all workers on the AOU’s INTRANET portal and must be sent to the Safety and Environment Office. For this study all participant data were de-identified prior to data collection by the Safety and Environment Office and, consequently, the need for consent was waived by the ethics committee.
