Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Approval for the present study was obtained prior to conducting the study from the Human Resources Department of the Palestinian Ministry of Health (MoH), the responsible body for granting approval for studies involving humans. The purpose of the study was fully explained to all participants, all data was collected and kept completely anonymously and written consent had been taken from all participants prior to filling out the questionnaire, by a research team member. Participants were informed that their participation was entirely voluntary and their decision to participate or not had no influence on their employment status.
