: The research related to human use complies with all the relevant national regulations and institutional policies, was performed in accordance with the tenets of the Helsinki Declaration, and was approved by the Regional Ethics Board in Umeå, Sweden (Dnr 2012–446-31 M). The study was registered on (Protocol ID SE-Dnr-2012-446-31 M-2, ClinicalTrials ID NCT01838603). The COREQ Equator checklist was used. Written informed consent was obtained from all individuals included in this study. Consent was confirmed during the interview and when the subjects were contacted for verification and presented with the results.
