Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was registered with the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.Anonymized routinely collected patient level data for this study was shared according to a local data sharing agreement with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This study was registered as an evaluation with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust approved by the Children and Young People’s directorate (4/4/2018) and formal ethical review was not required as deemed by the local ethics committee. Interview participants gave informed written consent for participation.
