: In line with the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO), no specific ethics approval has been requested. Use of Drug Information System data of the National Health Care Institute for this study, is within its t statutory tasks governed by the Health Insurance Act, and individual patient data were not traceable to individual patients, prescribers, pharmacies, or health insurers. Consent to participate has not been, or could have been, obtained for this retrospective study.
