Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Consent to publish this work was obtained from the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, Sierra Leone. Ethical approval was not sought or obtained from an ethical review board as it is not required for routine assessments undertaken by the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MoHS).
