Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval was obtained by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Istanbul Sehir University, VU University Amsterdam and St. Joseph’s University Beirut. The study followed ethical principles for medical research as set out by the Declaration of Helsinki. Verbal consent was provided by participants who participated in the meeting workshop; written consent was not deemed necessary by the ethics committee as no interviews were conducted with participants, and no individual quotes were derived from participants.
