: The ESPA 13 November survey was approved by the <i>Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (N</i>ational Commission for Information technology and Liberties, <i>CNIL</i> authorization demand n°915262v2, deliberation n°2016–209, July 7, 2016) and an ethics committee (Committee for the Protection of Persons Ile de France n°4, amendment number 7035/3/3283). Participants under 18 years of age had to provide signed authorization from their parents. Before being directed to the epidemiological questionnaire, the potential participant had to read a section of text explaining all the rights of survey participants and had to provide informed consent to participate by ticking a box.
