Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This research did not directly concern patients, it did not involve the use of biological materials, nor health related personal data, and no patient information was used for any part of this study. Our research focused exclusively on the establishment of a work organization, thus sanction was not required by an ethics committee. This approach complied with Swiss national guidelines () and Swiss Federal Law under the Human Research Act (HRA): (). Notwithstanding this, a request for institutional agreement was made. After oral approval by the MTB manager and the team, we observed MTB meetings and conducted in-depth interviews with team members. All members provided oral consent to use and disseminate these data, on condition of anonymity.
