Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study complies with the Italian regulations on observational clinical studies (Ministerial Circular n. 6 of 2/9/2002) and with the Italian Drug Agency (AIFA) guidelines for observational studies on drugs (Determination of 20/03/2008). The Ethics Committees of each center involved in the SONAR project approved this study.All survey respondents gave their written consent to participate in the study, after being informed that their participation was voluntary and that they were free to withdraw from the study at any time. The participants were all adults and they were guaranteed confidentiality.
