Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval for the PUST evaluation was obtained from the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan (№1–6/7747–7306). All participants received an invitation to participate in the PUST evaluation, including information on the purpose and outcome of the evaluation, as well as emphasis on voluntary participation and that the participants have the right to withdraw from the evaluation at any time. Participants were also informed that data is collected anonymously.
