Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was part of an approved study in the Research Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Science (ethical confirmation number; IR.TBZMED.REC.1397.145). The study and its aims were explained to all the participants. Written and signed informed consent from participants, including permission to record interviews, was obtained prior to interview.
