Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study qualified as exempt research under the Johns Hopkins Office of Human Subject Research Institutional Review Board (acknowledged July 6, 2018). All participants provided verbal consent to participate in key informant interviews. This study was considered ‘low-risk’ and was thereby approved for oral consent to participate. The study information sheet was presented to the participants by the interviewer (CF), the tape recorder was then turned on and used to document verbal consent.
