Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All research was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institution’s Research Ethics Board (Protocol 15-9768E). As approved by the Research Ethics Board, informed verbal consent was obtained by community pharmacists for the brief follow up survey to minimize the burden of participation. Informed written consent was obtained for qualitative interviews and participation in the Working Group. Consent was tracked using a password protected spreadsheet.
