: The ethical review board of the University Medicine Greifswald approved the use of SHIP-data and claims data. Written informed consent was obtained by all study participants. Only data from participants with informed consent were analysed. The data security administrator approved data linkage. Data are stored according to the data safety and management plan of the Institute for Community Medicine. The study protocol was consistent with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of the University Medicine of Greifswald.
