: The collection and analysis of DPC data were approved (reference number R0135) by the Ethics Committee of the Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine. This study was conducted in accordance with the Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Health Research Involving Human Subjects stipulated by the Japanese national government, which include the requirements for protecting patient anonymity. Because of the anonymous nature of the data, the requirement for written informed consent of subjects was waived off.
