: This study was conducted with the endorsement of the Board of Directors of AECAT. It was also approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committees of the Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda (Madrid) and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (Pamplona). Written informed consent was waived by our institutional review boards because this study consisted of conducting a voluntary web-based survey.
