: Ethical approval was obtained for the study with the submission of a full application to The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Institutional Review Board (IRB) under Study No: HP-00076371. The submission to the IRB for ethical approval entailed a detailed description of the study and of the recruitment process, a confirmation of the number of persons to be enrolled, a justification of the need for the study, a consideration of all possible concerns and a plan for addressing them, and as importantly, a description of the informed participant consent process. Informed participant consent included requesting verbal permission from participants to audio record interviews.
