: Formal ethics approval was provided by the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board on the basis of ‘service evaluation’ and given that the project met the requirements for proportionate risk review (project reference CT/1060/18/19). Written consent was obtained by all participants in the patient focus groups and GP interviews. Patients and carers attending the groups did so on the basis that any material was anonymised. Individual clinical records were not accessed by the study team.
