: The Human Research Authority online tool was used for guidance and highlighted that ethical approval was not required. The project was therefore approved and registered as a service evaluation by the Newcastle Joint Research Office and recorded on the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospital Foundation Trust’s Clinical Effectiveness Register (Project no. 10222). All data however was collected and stored in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. As such participants received an information sheet and were offered the opportunity to discuss the study prior to giving informed verbal consent for their views and audio to be recorded and included in this study prior to the interviews taking place.
