Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Participants in the Online Survey provided informed consent marking the checkbox agreeing to take part in the study. They were made aware that the data would be used in published research in a variety of forms. Ethics approval for all study protocols and survey design of the Online Survey was given by the by the University of New South Wales Human Research Advisory Panel F (reference HC15702). Protocols are carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The University of New South Wales Human Research Advisory Panel is a committee that operates below the HREC. The HREAP determines whether research is negligible or low risk, in which case it is not escalated to the HREC. The process is consistent with the Australian National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2007).
