: The survey protocol for NHMS 2019 was approved by Medical Research and Ethical Committee (MREC), Ministry of Health Malaysia [KKM/NIHSEC/P18-2325(11)] and the study was registered in the National Medical Research Registry (NMRR) (NMRR-18-3085-44207). Informed consents were obtained from the respondents prior to the interviews and the study was conducted in accordance to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki.
