: All participants in this study received a consent form, which included information about the study, why it was being performed, risks and benefits of participating, and confidentiality procedures. Clients and providers were made aware that participation in the study was voluntary and written consent was obtained from every participant.Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval was received from Tulane University (2019–638) and the University of Kinshasa School of Public Health Ethics Committee (ESP/CE/097/2019). Consent from a parent or legal guardian was waived for participants under age 18 by both IRBs because some of the adolescents were married and no longer living at home.
