The study was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki (1996) and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. All patients provided written informed consent before any study procedure was performed. The collected data have been stored on a separate SAFE server (“Clinton”) at the University of Bergen, with quality assured firewall and restricted, password-protected access. Only researchers associated with the project have access to these data. No one has access to the data in identifiable form.
