: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the St. Mary’s Hospital Research Centre de l’Université McGill, Montreal, Canada (ref. number SMHC-13-30B). All participants provided their written informed consent prior to the interview and after receiving information on how their confidentiality and privacy would be ensured. Participation in the study was voluntary, and patients were informed that their treatment would not be influenced by their choice of participation. During transcriptions, personal data was anonymized and no identifiable information is provided in the presentation of the results. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
