: All the participated trial sites will follow the same study protocol. This study has obtained ethics approval from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University (No. 2020–054), which provided approval for the study to be conducted on behalf of all the trial sites. The study has been registered in Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (No.ChiCTR2000038984). Before initiating data collection and implementation of the intervention, a research investigator will obtain written informed consent from the participant. The participants have the right to withdraw from the study at any time point and their data is confidential.
