: This assessment was ethically cleared by the institutional review board (IRB) of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (Ref No. Pm23/203) ensuring all methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Support letters from Addis Ababa City health bureau and respective sub-city health offices were also secured before data collection. Study participants’ written informed consent to participate was obtained before data collection. Voluntary participation of respondents was respected, and identifier was optional.
