: The Data Protection Official at the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (ref. 589400) evaluated this study. According to Norwegian regulations, no further research ethics approval is required for studies that do <i>not</i> collect information on participants’ health (and so the study was not evaluated by a research ethics committee). Respondents were informed about the project in the invitation email. Participation was voluntary. The respondent’s completion of the questionnaire was considered as consent to participate. That is to say; informed consent was obtained from all subjects. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
