: The multilevel study did not collect specific patient information. No approval from The Regional committees for medical and health research ethics was required. Personal data derived from the interviews was notified to the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD) (REF. NO: 381276, October 1. 2018), as required in line with the agreement between the University of Stavanger and the NSD. Each participant signed informed consent ahead of the interview, with information about the study’s objectives and the researchers’ interest in the research topic.
