: Use of the data was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Northern Savo Hospital District (diary number 81/2012). The register administrator, Siun sote, also approved the study protocol and granted permission to access the raw data from the Mediatri database. All research procedures were employed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Only de-identified register-based data were utilized, and study participants were not contacted, and therefore, consent from the patients was not needed according to Finnish legislation.
