: We obtained ethical approval for the study from the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REC Western Norway, approval no. 64245), the Ethiopian Public Health Institute Scientific and Ethical Review Office (approval no. EPHI–IRB-268–2020), and the Pediatric and Child Health Department of the Research and Publication Committee of Addis Ababa University Medical Faculty (approval no. DRPC/011/13).
