: Written ethical permission to conduct the study was requested from the Institutional Review Board of Institute of Health, Jimma University and permission from the concerned authorities was taken before the study commenced. Furthermore, the authors requested the review board to permit verbal consent to save data collection time. Thus, before data collection, the respondents were informed about the purpose and objective of the study. Then the study participants were asked for verbal informed consent. Their responses and identity were kept confidential and secret. The study was questionnaire-based and did not consist of any human specimen.
