: The study was assessed by the Regional Ethics Committee (REC) for Health and Medical Research of Central Norway (136244/2020), which found the study to be a health service quality project not governed by the Norwegian Health Research Act. REC approved waiving the informed consent from patients included in the study. A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) was approved by the Data Protection Officer at St Olav`s University Hospital and the Data Access Committee in Møre and Romsdal Hospital Trust. The paper was written according to the SQUIRE guidelines for quality improvement research in health care [CitationRef removed].
