: The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) MSc Research Ethics Committee approved this project (reference #21217). All methods were performed in accordance with the guidelines and regulations outlined by the LSHTM MSc Research Ethics Committee. Written informed consent was obtained from each key informant indicating a consent to participate in this study. Key informants were informed of the risks and benefits of participation, which was voluntary. Key informants were made aware that they could end their participation at any moment in the study process.
: We obtained written consent from each participant to publish de-identified findings from the semi-structured interviews in a peer-reviewed journal. Participants were offered an opportunity to ask any questions prior to the interview or during the interview.
