: Ethical clearances were obtained from the Ethical Review Commitees of the two hospitals which were the settings of the study; Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH/R&D/053) and Korle Bu Teaching Hospital (STC/IRB/000145/2019) in Ghana. An information sheet was provided, and informed consent was sought from the participants. The research was performed in accordance with the institutional ethics guidelines of the Tamale Teaching Hospital and the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital as well as standard ethical practices for conducting research.
