: Ethics study was approved by the Credited Research Ethics Committee of the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (Ref. 2017–0451 and 2017–0452). The current data analysis was developed under the umbrella of the EU project SELFIE [CitationRef removed]. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (i.e., Declaration of Helsinki). All participants in the HaH-MCDA protocol signed an informed consent ahead of any procedure. The population-based study was carried out using deidentified and aggregated data from health registries (CHSS and ESCA), not requiring written informed consent.
