: Informed consent to participate was obtained from all participants prior to the beginning of the study. All interviewees were informed regarding the purpose of the study, research details, funding source, and expected outputs. Since the article does not report the results of a healthcare intervention on human participants the material used in the research did not require ethical approval. The code of conduct for the use of data for scientific purposes of the Italian Privacy Authority (ExternalRef removed), which applies to all non clinical scientific research (art 2), does not require approval by an ethical committee. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and with the Declaration of Helsinki.
