: The study was approved by the South Sudan Ministry of Health Research Ethics Review Board reference number MoH/RERB/17/2020. All research procedures were in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants. The participants were informed of their rights to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality and privacy were assured as a safeguard against any harm to the participants. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks and physical distancing were used to avoid the possible spread of the disease. The participants were not paid any money; however, during the FGDs, safe drinking water was provided.
