All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of these institutions as well as with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.Participation in the study was voluntary. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. The interviewer obtained informed consent by a written signature from participants prior to each interview. To ensure data confidentiality and anonymity, data were anonymized and irreversibly de-identified to protect patients, healthcare providers and hospital privacy.
