: This study has been approved ethically by the Iranian Medical Sciences and scientifically by the Health Management and Economics Research Centre with a code of IR.IUMS.REC.1398.1102. All participants were informed of the aims of the study and their participation was on voluntary basis. Informed consents were secured from each participant in the qualitative phase of the study. For the sake of confidentiality of the participant’s information, a code was allocated to each interviewee.All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations in Ethics Approval and Consent to participate in Declarations.
