: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Ethiopian Public Health Institute. (Ref No: EPHI 613/624 dated 18 February 2020). Official permissions were obtained from relevant authorities at different levels. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants after they were provided adequate information about the study. Participants were provided soap worth 1.50USD as a gesture of thanks upon completion of data collection. The study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
