: This study was reviewed and approved by the University of Canberra Human Research Ethics Committee, 4607.Individual client consent was not required for the retrospective file audit data, as all data collected was already collected clinical data. All clinical data collected during the file audit was de-identified. This approach was approved by the above-mentioned University of Canberra Human Research Ethics Committee.Informed consent was obtained from all participating clients and students who completed a semi-structured interview.
