: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Official approval was obtained from the NHIA for the use of the enrolment data for this evaluation study. We removed personal identifiers such as name, telephone number, and residential address from the data prior to analysis to ensure anonymity of the NHIS members whose data were used for the study.
