: The study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Medical ethical approval was not necessary as this study was considered ‘non-interventional’ by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Utrecht under reference number 20–601/C. After receiving information about the first part of this study, i.e. the questionnaire, participants voluntarily completed the questionnaire. Only the participants who gave permission to be approached for participation in the current study, were asked for participation. Therefore, only verbal informed consent was obtained from the participants who participated in the interview study.
