: Ethical approval was obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (2020/04334). The study’s ethical guidelines followed the basic requirements for individual protection, information requirements, compliance requirements, confidentiality and usage requirements. The researchers provided oral and written information informed consent to participant was obtained from all participants before the interviews. Participation was voluntary and the participants had the right to withdraw at any time without explanation. To ensure confidentiality, each quotation was assigned a digital pseudonym.
