: The study was designed as a quality improvement project for the implementation of MBC and the care that clinicians provided to their clients. Because there was no infringement on the clinicians’ physical or psychological integrity and the clients’ data are anonymous, the study was not subsumed under the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) and did not require ethical approval or informed consent. The study was performed in accordance with the national medical ethical guidelines and ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
